MASAK LEMAK PUTIH REBUNG MADU & SOTONG
Bahan-bahan:
10 ekor sotong
600 g rebung madu segar - direbus dahulu
3 cawan santan
1 labu bawang besar - dipotong baji
2 ulas bawang putih - dibelah 2
2 tangkai cili merah - dihirisgaram secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
Masukkan semua bahan kedalam periuk.
Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan boleh lah diangkat.
