Lauk kegemaran suami tercinta. Sambal ikan menggunakan cili hidup. Pekena pulak dgn nasi panas mmg terangkat la. Mau menambah 2 pinggan nasi.
Sambal Cili Hidup Ikan Kembung.
Bahan-bahan:
8 ekor ikan kembung - dilumur garam dan kunyit
1/2 kiub ikan bilis
Sedikit minyak utk menumis
Garam secukup rasa
Bahan A:
1 labu bawang besar Holland
2 ulas bawang putih
10 tangkai cili merah
2 tangkai cili hijau
5-6 tangkai cili api - boleh tambah jika mau lagi pedas
1 biji tomato merah
Cara membuat:
Cuci ikan dan lumur dgn garam kunyit kemudian goreng hingga masak, jgn terlampau garing. Ketepikan.
Masukkan semua bahan A ke dalam food processor. Kisar kasar.
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis semua bahan kisar hingga naik bau dan naik minyak.
Masukkan sedikit air (jgn terlampau byk) cuma taknak jd terlampau kering.
Masukkan kiub ikan bilis dan garam secukup rasa. Kacau rata
Masukkan ikan, kacau rata dan boleh lah dihidangkan.
